Attorney Katarzyna Pacho is a graduate of law at the University of Wrocław. Professional experience gained in large international corporations and individual law firms allows for a comprehensive look at each client – both individual and larger business entities.
She completed her legal training under the wing of the renowned attorney Wojciech Krzysztoporski, former Dean of the District Bar Council and an excellent criminal lawyer. She considers criminal proceedings to be the foundation of her work as an attorney.
In her practice, she has had the opportunity to participate in numerous court disputes, acting as a defense attorney and a proxy for the auxiliary prosecutor in both felony and misdemeanor cases. In addition to criminal law, she has extensive experience in handling cases, particularly in the field of family and civil law.
Attorney Katarzyna Pacho also has extensive experience in European and international law. She holds a Master’s degree in European Studies. She worked for several years in the legal department of the German bank Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt am Main, as well as the European branch of Hyundai Motor Europe based in Offenbach, where she dealt primarily with competition law, as well as a comprehensive approach to ensuring the company’s compliance with the law and internal regulations.
She is constantly expanding her legal knowledge, gaining knowledge in the field of construction law, medical law and corporate law. In private, she remains a tennis and book enthusiast.
Attorney Łukasz Nocuń is a graduate of law at the University of Wrocław. In his master’s thesis, written under the supervision of prof. Artur Tomanek, he addressed the issue of employers’ liability for accidents at work and occupational diseases.
He gained professional experience in one of Wrocław’s law firms serving State Treasury companies, where he had the opportunity to provide legal assistance to the largest energy companies in the country.
In practice, he acts as an attorney in numerous litigation cases before common courts and administrative courts, specializing in particular in civil law and criminal law. In addition, he specializes
in criminal liability of individuals. Attorney Łukasz Nocuń is also responsible for conducting trials related to violations of personal rights.
