1. How to schedule an appointment with Us?

Taking into account the different time possibilities of our Clients, we offer both stationary meetings at the office, and the possibility of online consultations, which you can sign up for via our website.

2. If I entrust my case to the Law Firm, how will I be informed about the ongoing proceedings?

We ensure that you are kept informed about all actions taken at every stage of the proceedings via the means of communication chosen by you (e-mail, telephone conversation, video conference, meeting at the office).

3. How can I pay for a legal service or case assignment?

To meet Your preferences, the fee may:

  • be set at an hourly rate after arrangements made with the Client.
  • be a lump sum remuneration or recurring monthly payment in advance by a specific day of the month.
  • constitute a one-off fee for a legal consultation or the performance of individual activities.
4. How much does legal advice cost?

The cost of an hourly legal consultation is PLN 250 net. Any further actions we may take and the assignment of a case are determined individually each time. This is primarily reflected in the degree of difficulty of a given case, and therefore the time the lawyer must devote to analyzing it.

5. What is online counseling?

You can sign up for online legal advice via our website. When signing up, we kindly ask you to provide the most important information regarding what the consultation is about, which will allow us to prepare in advance.

We are aware that for many people legal advice, especially in the case of legal problems related to personal life, is associated with great stress and it is not always possible to write down or remember everything. Therefore, no later than the next business day, you will receive a summary of the conversation in written form by e-mail, along with the most important information and a presentation of our proposed solution to the potential problem.

6. Does the Law Firm operate only in Wrocław?

Our office is located in Wrocław, but we operate throughout Poland.

7. Is it possible to arrange a meeting on the weekend?

Yes. After prior telephone or email contact, in urgent cases it is possible to arrange a consultation on the weekend.

8. Does the Law Firm provide assistance in criminal cases requiring immediate action?

Yes. One of the main areas of practice of our law is criminal law. We are fully aware that the duty of a lawyer is to immediately and effectively undertake a defense in the event of an arrest, which usually occurs unexpectedly. Therefore, if you are arrested, searched or temporarily detained and action is taken against you (usually the first step is to provide an explanation or refuse to provide one), the Law Firm will provide immediate legal assistance.

9. Does the Law Firm provide legal services to entrepreneurs?

Yes, the Law Firm undertakes legal services for both individual and business clients. Many years of experience in legal advice gained in Wrocław law firms means that conducting negotiations with other entities or reviewing contracts is an important part of our activity.

10. How to get an appointment with a lawyer?

Providing legal services effectively is only possible when the attorney has the opportunity to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the client’s situation. For this reason, it is necessary for the client to present complete case documentation (court documents, contracts, correspondence with the opposing party and other documents relevant to the case), as well as to present any information that may be relevant to the case.

If you do not currently have complete documentation or do not know what may be important, we will establish everything at the first meeting and help you collect the necessary documents.

11. Are documents and information provided to lawyers secure?

Each attorney is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the case they are conducting, which is referred to as “professional secrecy”, from which they can only be released by the Court. Confidentiality includes all information obtained by the attorney.
